The lever itself is, but the attachment part isn't, it needed something like two hours of labor to adapt to fit the Ducato x250. A Ducato x250 lever will fit plug&play into the housing. There's another video, also in Polish, but the guy is explaining the idea of retrofitting the cruise control also for another models.

I also removed the stalk from the car and took it apart. Carefully took out the green print board inside the cruise arm. Under the carrier found four copper wires connecting the the carrier to the print board. Just had to straighten them a bit to reconnect carrier and board. Now works ok.
